Life is certainly busy and trying to sum up months at a time is impossible. But as I look through pictures I get sad because I can't remember details of certain events. So I am going to try to get back at this again a little more regularly.
The spring brought baseball season, and believe it or not, we are still playing! Bradley played coach-pitch and had a good year. Trevor was on a good team this year with great coaches and got a lot of playing time. I did the team pictures and that was fun.
At the end of the season, there are players from every county team that are chosen for All Stars. Trevor's coach wanted him to play but we had vacation scheduled during the tournament so we thought he couldn't do it. When we got back from vacation, we learned that the tournament had been rained out every day, and that they still needed Trevor as another boy was leaving for vacation. He was so excited. Well, our team ending up winning the District 3 title!!
So next weekend we are heading to South Boston for the state tournaments. This is a once in a lifetime event and opportunity for Trevor, so we are very excited about this!
